Ascension is your spiritual journey. When you 'wake up' to your spiritual self the ego goes through a process that is often an internal fight. The ego only knows what it knows, when spirit becomes present the mind often doesn't understand. The egoic mind might put up a fight. Sometimes resulting in an ego death or dark night of the soul. Often people 'wake up' from trauma, the loss of a loved one, or the universe simply wants you to wake up. The mind doesn't understand, it tries to protect you from your emotional body. Spirit is your life force energy that wants you to feel what it needs to heal so you can live in peace, love, and joy instead of depression, sadness and suffering.

Yes, it is normal because it is the unknown and the ego mind craves knowing. Change can be scary, but I guarantee you will like the change that you become.

An attunement is done through Energy Healing to release blocks and negative energy that no longer serve you. Bringing in new energy that will align you with the present. Living in the now is the only time to truly live.

Shadow work is healing the triggers that come into your life daily. Healing your core wounds that surface. Things in our life that we don't want to deal with because it hurts too much or is too hard to face. Shadow work is inner child work and self parenting, releasing things that are holding you back and that no longer serve you. When doing shadow work, you go within and emotionalize so we could feel to release,  so we don't keep reliving the same thing over and over again. Emotionalizing releases a lifetime of pain. Emotionalizing is the light that releases the darkness and the darkness is the shadow that is hiding your light.

Activation is an energy transmission that heals you with an intention that helps you live in your highest vibration of love.

Yes, I can help you wake up. This means I could help you distinguish the difference between your spirit, body and mind. The difference between who you are as spirit and who you think you are is body and mind.

You become self mastered by W-O-R-K. Self mastery is learning, healing and growing. It takes a lifetime, living a human experience is a game of life we learn continuously and grow continuously. The more we are in spirit and learn from our experiences the more self mastered we become. Being human we have roles in life that can get in the way of our spirit self. The more conscious we are of our consciousness, the more we are aware of the roles we play in life. The more aware we become the more we become the creator of our own life instead of the actor playing the roles.

Life coaches help guide the client on their journey of life to achieve their goal. A spiritual life coaches goes deeper into gaining understanding of themselves and the greater connection to a higher power. Spiritual life coaching involves a spiritual element than just the traditional life coaching relationship. Spiritual life coaching guides to clients to inner happiness, peace, harmony while supporting them on the journey to find themselves and their sense of wholeness and healing with compassion by helping the client through there ascension, enlightenment,  empowerment while guiding the client on their journey to self mastery. 

Energy Healing is using the high vibrational universal life force energy of love with an intent to heal. I work and feel energy very powerfully and am sensitive to the energy around me. Energy healers can clear all negative blocked energy that is trapped. We have 7 energy centres in our body that work best if they are open, cleansed and charged with high positive vibrational energy of love and light. The more open, cleansed, and charged we are with christ consciousness; the universal energy of love, the better aligned we are so the energy flows through, heals and prevents us from dis-ease: disease.

This is a big question because everybody's journey is different. But, you can expect to see things from a higher's perspective, your eyes will open to a new reality. I believe in 'The All', I believe I belong in all the churches and religions. I believe it's all the same, I don't judge anyone's beliefs. I don't judge. I live with my own spirit self  knowing everyone else has their own life experience, the way they want to live it. I like to call the higher spirit, God because that's what I've known but God is everything to me it's the creator, The All, it's the same; one consciousness.
